1. General

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of the goods

of “Jojo Corväiá Keramik Studio", owner Jojo Corväiá.

 

2.Contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer,

but rather a non-binding online catalog. By means of the personal data you have previously indicated

and by clicking the button "Order", you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping basket.

 

You will receive a computer-generated order mail. The purchase contract is concluded by confirmation

of the order by "Süper Store" (confirmation mail). If you do not receive a confirmation mail from us within 2 weeks,

you are no longer bound to your order, unless this has already been delivered. Your orders are stored with us.

If you lose your documents regarding your orders, please contact us by e-mail.

We will send you a copy of the data of your order.

 

If for any reason an item is not available, “Jojo Corväiá" reserves the right to deliver a product

of equivalent quality and price instead of the goods ordered. If, contrary to expectations, a product is not available

for reasons beyond our control despite timely disposition, "Jojo Corväiá" is entitled to withdraw

from the purchase contract. If an item that you wish to purchase is out of stock and has to be made

for the customer, the customer has to place a corresponding order form by email. By signing the order form,

the customer undertakes to receive and pay for the articles

ordered in accordance with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions.

 

This purchase contract is legally binding. Orders are not triggered by Jojo Corväiá until the customer

has paid a deposit of at least 50% of the purchase price or a full payment.

By signing the order, the buyer accepts the validity of the present terms and conditions.

 

3. Right of return

You can return the goods without giving any reason within 2 weeks by returning the goods.

The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods and this instruction. The punctual dispatch of the goods

or the return request is sufficient to meet the deadline. In any case, the return is at your expense and risk.

The return must be made to the return address specified by us. Excluded from the exchange are tailored pieces,

articles with reduced prices, and articles from orders with a value of goods over €150.

 

4. Return sequences

In case of damage of the goods through shipping, only a replacement can be claimed.

You must send us an email with a photo of the piece that proves that it has been damaged caused by shipping,

and return the piece at your expense, We’ll then cover the cost of the shipping once we receive the piece back.

 

This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is due solely to its use by the customer. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to make a purchase by not using the goods as an owner and omit anything that could impair their value.

 

5. Prices

The prices are in Euro (EUR) including VAT (VAT). The prices are valid only on the day of the order

(order acceptance) apply to invoice creation.

 

6. Delivery and payment terms

We deliver by the fastest way by DPD or DHL - usually within a few days. We do not ship to pack stations.

Packing and postage are usually 4,90 Euro, for larger orders or larger products, the shipping costs may be higher.

The shipping costs will be shown in the shopping cart before completion of the order.

Delivery of goods to other countries: packaging and postage usually amount to 15.90 euros,

for larger orders or larger products the shipping costs can be also higher.

7. Other

Our offer is free of charge and applies only within the Federal Republic of Germany.

Because our products are not mass products, slight deviations from the catalog illustrations and data can occur.

To process your order we store your address and the order-related data. We commit ourselves to a comprehensive protection of your personal data according to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.

In addition, we assure you that your address data is not passed on to third parties. The supply contracts concluded with us are subject in all cases, even in the case of foreign contacts, that is to say.
